The Recruiting Process
Asisa has developed and registered the Tri-Cruit® method, where three different sources are used for respondent recruiting in all of our sessions. The method guarantees that actual participants truly represent the desired market segment and reduces the possibility of "professional participants" being recruited for your sessions.

How the system works
In every way possible we try to distribute the participants in the following proportions
- Source 1 (40%-50%) - In House participant list: participants are screened from our main database which is fed by On-Line forms, social networks and continuous telephone cold calls in the areas where our facilities operate.
- Source 2 (40%-50%) - Off-Site recruiters: Asisa has developed a network of people from different backgrounds -ethnically, economical and geographically-. Aside from the general training process, recruiters are briefed when projects re approved and are systematically monitored for quality and results.
- Source 3 (0-20%) - Referal Program: Every time focus groups are held, participants are asked to refer other potential respondents for future studies. This separate database is sistematically filtered, telephone screenings are applied and eventually subjects are movied to the main participant list. This ensures a continuous refresh of the main list as well as a lower % of recurring participants.
Asisa FocusNet
We have also developed an in-house portal for focus group recruiting and control. The On-line portal, accessible in a workstation located in the reception area allows us to: - Store personal information and profile of participants and potential participants. - Track interactions with the company. - Avoid recurring participants. - Manages Referal Program. - Offers the client an instant summary of participants and their profile.
